This release includes several enhancements and new features, product upgrades and bug fixes.
Included in this release:

Advanced Catalog Filtering Settings
Administrators can add additional configurations to provide better control over the site-wide catalog and product search filters. The following "Search by” filter options were added (Fig. 1):
- Speaker
- Credits offered
- Price range
To make the filter options, select Products from the Settings menu (Gear icon) and then select Product Page & Catalog.
Once configured, the selected filter settings will apply for users who are viewing the Catalog and Product Listing widgets (Fig. 2).
Images in Emails
Using the image icon in the email editor, administrators can now add images to email templates and Email to Registrant messages (Fig. 3). When selected, the admin can upload a new image, select an image from previous uploads, or search our icon and image library.
GoToWebinar API changes
To align with their announcement that GoToWebinar’s previous API host will be deprecated on August 28, 2024, we have upgraded the API to connect to GoToWebinar. To learn more about this important upgrade, please read this article. This upgrade will allow us to continue to offer the ability to create and host GoToWebinar events via Elevate.
Delete Scheduled Reports
Administrators with Manage Reports permissions can now delete reports that are scheduled but have not yet been sent.
Quiz Detail Reports - Earned Points
Administrators with Report Viewing permissions will now see a new column in the Quiz Details Report. This column is titled “Earned Points” (Fig. 4).
Bug Fixes
- We have fixed the Survey Summary report, so the report does not get cut off when downloading long questions in PDF format.
- We fixed an issue in cloned products which resulted in some speakers not able to be added to the new product’s components.
- We fixed an issue which caused registrations inserted via API to fail if the call was made without including the optional field, explanation.
- We addressed an issue with cancelling orders via API that sent the cancellation notice to the Administrator’s email but was missing the cancelled order information.
- We addressed an issue which resulted in missing video recording dates on video components
- We fixed an issue in the survey component which prevented Administrators from creating survey answer choices with numerical values.
- We fixed an issue which prevented discount codes from being used in the cart under certain conditions.
