Feature improvements have been added to Eventscribe Registration for those using Select Courses and Events. Previously, the Select Courses and Events pop up within a user’s record displayed the same items regardless of whether accessed as the admin via the Registrant Detail, or as the end user via Self Service. Expo Harvester – Updated Reports to Respect Currency

The Expo Harvester now properly supports displaying the event currency as EURO (€) in reports. Some reports previously defaulted to USD ($) instead of displaying the correct EURO symbol. These reports have been updated to reflect the currency setting.

Expo Harvester – Prevent Multiple Sponsor Item Submissions

When sponsor items were set to not collect payment, users could mistakenly click the "Submit" button multiple times, leading to multiple submissions beyond the max quantity allowed. This issue has been fixed, and now the "Submit" button only allows a single submission.

Mobile App - iOS & Android- Enhanced Map Interaction Features

The successful implementation of enhanced map interaction features is designed to improve your experience at the venue. Attendees can easily navigate the map with intuitive gestures, making it simpler to find important locations. The map can now be rotated by placing two fingers on the screen and rotating them. In addition to rotating, the map can now be zoomed in and out and scrolled to get a closer view.

Mobile App - iOS & Android- "Refresh Schedule" Renamed to "Update Event Content"

The "Refresh Schedule" action has been renamed to "Update Event Content" to better reflect its functionality. This is a simple text change—everything works the same, just with a clearer name!

Mobile App - iOS & Android - Update Event Content Only Available on the Main Screen of Event Mobile App

The "Update Event Content" action is now only available in the hamburger menu when on the main tile screen of your event app. Updating Event Content can only be done on the main tile screen of your event app, so this adjustment helps keep the menu cleaner and more intuitive as you navigate the app.

Mobile App - iOS & Android- New Loading Screen for Update Event Content

A loading screen has been introduced that appears when users update their event content by selecting Update Event Content from the hamburger menu on the main tile screen. During this process, the message "Downloading Event Data. This may take a few minutes" will display.

To ensure all event content loads properly, navigation will be temporarily disabled until the download is complete. This prevents outdated or incomplete information from appearing and reduces the risk of app crashes.

The loading time will vary based on the size of the event dataset, and this update provides clearer feedback and improves app stability.

Mobile App - Android- Push Notification Service Update

The push notification service has been updated to provide greater reliability. All core features remain fully functional: scheduled messages, instant notifications, and direct attendee alerts.

Mobile App - Android- Push Notification Service Error Message Update

There was a bug with push notifications where some Android devices were receiving a “RetrievedEventInfoRxWorkService” error. This bug has been resolved, and users will no longer get this message.

Mobile App - iOS - Icon and Badge Display Improved

An issue has been fixed where icons and badge icons created in the Icon Roster and Badge Roster were not displaying consistently in the app. Some icons that were enabled did not appear on the booth popup, while others showed up despite not being activated in the Expo Harvester. This issue has been resolved, and all icons and badge icons display as expected.

Mobile App - iOS- Fixed the display of speaker's roles with multiples role

An issue where speakers with multiple roles in a session were seeing their first role duplicated instead of displaying both roles correctly has been resolved. Now, all assigned roles will appear accurately in the session profile on the mobile app.
