Abstract Scorecard - Abstract Text Field 7 not displaying in New Submission Index reports

An issue was identified in the New Submission Index Report and New Submission Index Report with Filters within Scorecard, where data collected in Abstract Text Field 7 was not displayed correctly. Specifically, the column header for Abstract Text Field 7 was missing, causing its data to appear under Abstract Text Field 8, and subsequently shifting all following Abstract Test data fields by one column. This logic error has been corrected. The reports now accurately display the Abstract Text Field 7 column and all subsequent fields with their corresponding data in the correct columns.

Education Harvester - Hide Superseded Speaker Uploads from Reviewer in Review Module

A bug was identified where previously uploaded files by speakers remained visible to reviewers in the Review Module, even after being replaced by new versions. As a result, reviewers could access all prior versions of uploaded files. This issue has been resolved. The system now correctly hides superseded speaker files, ensuring that reviewers only see the most recent and relevant uploads.

Expo Harvester - Improvements to Payment Details Popup

The payment details popup has been enhanced to give admin users the ability to update the payment mechanism for a company's transaction. For instance, if a company initially selected "Check" but submitted payment via wire transfer, admins can now seamlessly update the payment method from Check to Wire Transfer—without the need to create a new transaction.

The "+Add Payment" popup now features the updated Credit Card form for a more consistent and streamlined process. The workflow remains unchanged: +Add Transaction → Add Payment.

Expo Harvester – Changes to Submit a Payment Pages with Cadmium Payments

Company contacts will now encounter the updated Credit Card form when Cadmium Payments is enabled during checkout across multiple workflows, including the rental process, payment tasks, upgrade tasks, and sponsorship item opportunities via the task page. While the form has been refreshed for a better user experience, the overall workflow remains the same: contacts select their payment method and are prompted to enter their payment details.

Mobile App- iOS & Android- New Loading Screen for Exhibitor Data and Poster Data

A loading screen has been introduced that appears when users select a section of the app in which the data is still processing to load. During this process, the message "Downloading Event Data. This may take a few minutes" will display.

To ensure all event content loads properly, navigation will be temporarily disabled until the download is complete. This prevents outdated or incomplete information from appearing and reduces the risk of app crashes.

The loading time will vary based on the size of the event dataset, and this update provides clearer feedback and improves app stability.
