Enhancements
Survey Magnet – Major Improvements to Worksheet Load Time
We've updated the underlying structure of worksheets to significantly improve performance and usability. Worksheets that previously took up to 60+ seconds to load now typically load in 2–3 seconds, with noticeable improvements even for very large worksheets (1M+ rows). Worksheets now load in the background, allowing you to continue using other areas of the application while the request is processing. You can also cancel the request by closing the browser if needed. In the past, users had to wait for the request to fully complete before they could use the application again. Please note that no changes were made to how data is saved. Be sure to save all updates before closing the browser, and avoid opening a new event while a worksheet is loading. (Released on January 6, 2026)
Fixes
Expo Harvester – "Not Applicable" No Longer Showing on Invoice
We've improved how event location information appears on invoices. Invoices will no longer display placeholder or invalid values in the State field (such as "STATES," "Not Applicable," or dashed placeholders). When a valid state is provided, invoices will continue to display the city and state as expected. If a valid state is not provided, the invoice will now display only the city, without an extra comma. This update applies to both newly generated invoices and previously generated invoices, ensuring consistent and accurate location formatting across all invoices. (January 9, 2026).
Mobile App – Duplicate "Room" Label Removed from Presentation Locations
We've resolved an issue where presentation locations displayed a duplicated or extra "Room" label (for example, "Location: Room: Promenade Corridor"). This behavior was affecting presentations broadly and was not limited to specific sessions. Location labels now display correctly based on the configured settings. (January 12, 2026).
Education Harvester – Improved Role Filters When Sending Scheduled Emails
We adjusted the order in which scheduled email data is prepared to ensure Presenter (Tertiary) role filters are available when email content is generated. This improves consistency and accuracy for emails that use presenter-based filtering. (January 15, 2026)
Expo Harvester – Payments no Longer Processed when Session Lost
We've improved the rental checkout experience by adding an extra layer of session validation before a payment is processed. With this update, the system now confirms that a user's session is still active at the moment they submit payment. If a session has expired, the user is redirected and informed before any payment attempt is made. This helps prevent failed transactions, unexpected errors, and incomplete checkouts caused by expired sessions. (January 22, 2026)
Mobile App (iOS) – Attendee Check-In QR Code Scanner Now Working
An issue on iOS where the QR code scanner would not launch for attendee check-in using the Check-In feature has been resolved. Attendees can now be successfully checked in as expected. (January 30, 2026)
Mobile App (iOS) – Blue Favorites Now Show on My Schedule
An issue on iOS where blue stars indicating preselected favorites were not displaying on 'My Schedule' has been resolved. Favorites now appear correctly. Android was not affected by this issue. (January 30, 2026)
Mobile App (iOS) – "Show Presentations in App" Setting Now Behaves Consistently
An issue has been resolved where the 'Show Presentations in App' setting behaved inconsistently across platforms. Previously, setting this option to 'No' applied immediately on Android but only took effect on iOS if it was disabled before data was synced. This setting now behaves consistently on both iOS and Android, reducing confusion and ensuring predictable app behavior. (January 30, 2026)
Mobile App (Android) – Poster Numbers Now Display Correctly
Poster numbers on Android devices previously displayed without hyphens, causing them to appear differently from their configured format and inconsistent with iOS. Poster numbers now display exactly as entered, including hyphens and original formatting, ensuring consistency across platforms. (January 30, 2026)
Mobile App (iOS & Android) – Learning Objectives Display in Presentation Profiles
Learning Objectives now display correctly within presentation profile views in the mobile app on both iOS and Android devices. In some cases, users may need to log out and log back into the app for the update to appear. Reinstalling or redownloading the app is not required. (January 30, 2026)
