Scorecard – Report Builder Now Available

Our new Report Builder offers a robust solution for generating and customizing event management reports across Eventscribe products. Designed with efficiency and accuracy in mind, it features a streamlined interface that ensures fast performance, reliable data, and greater independence for users.   Our initial offering includes a new stock Submission Index Report, with the ability to create custom versions.  Additional stock reports will be added over the coming months.

Website – Implemented the ability to customize the Chat Header Colors 

The Chats header is now customizable with the Header Top Color and the Header Foreground Color settings under the Website Setting Appearance > Popups > Popup Appearance.  

Website - Banner background image displays the full width of the screen  

There was a bug with the display of the banner background image that didn’t allow the background image to display across the full width of the screen. It now will display across the full width of the screen, and the image will repeat to fill the space. Background images should have a continuous design to make a cohesive looking image to the background.  

Website and Mobile App Eventscribe Test Accounts  

To improve security and streamline testing, Eventscribe Website and Mobile App will now include three default test accounts for every event: 

• Cadmium Basic (Basic permissions) 
• Cadmium Standard (Standard permissions) 
• Cadmium Pro (Pro permissions) 

Each account will have a unique Access Key specific to its event. 

The legacy test accounts will be deprecated after November 30, 2025
