Improvement
Survey Magnet – Enforced Closing Settings Renamed
We've renamed the "Enforced Closing Date" and "Enforced Closing Time" settings to "Assessment Close Date" and "Assessment Close Time." The new names make it clearer when an assessment will stop accepting responses. (October 5, 2026)
Eventscribe Registration – Billing Information Now Carries Over to the Payment Form
Billing information entered during registration now pre-fills the Cadmium Payments credit card form, so registrants no longer need to re-enter their name, email, and billing address at checkout. This applies both when registering and when adding options to an existing registration. When a state or province can't be matched, such as for addresses outside the United States and Canada, registrants select it on the payment form. (October 6, 2026)
Fix
Eventscribe Registration – Item Changes With a Credit Card Refund Now Work on Cadmium Payments Events
Administrators changing a registrant's item with Refund by Credit Card selected on a Cadmium Payments event received an error stating the expiration date on file was missing, and the refund could not be completed. This issue has been resolved, and the refund is now issued to the original card payment, the same way a standalone credit card refund works. If a refund is declined, the registration item is left unchanged and the attempt is listed on the Failed Transactions report, rather than appearing as completed on Transaction History or the Credit Card Reconciliation report.
