Cadmium Identity – Redesigned Manage Account

We've redesigned Manage Account to match the refreshed Cadmium Identity look and feel. You can still edit your first and last name, and you can now change your password as well. Manage Account is currently integrated with Eventscribe Onsite, and we’ll be adding it to more applications in the future. For now, you can also log in to Manage Account directly. Cadmium Identity – Clearer Handling of Masked Email Addresses at Sign-In

Cadmium Identity now stops users from signing in or creating an account with a masked email address, meaning one where part of the address is replaced with asterisks (for example, j****@example.org). Masked addresses typically come from a browser or password manager that saved the address as it appeared on screen and then autofilled it later. Because a masked address can't receive email, users who entered one could get stuck without their verification or password emails. (October 5, 2026)
