This month’s release includes product enhancements and essential bug fixes.

Registration: Added a 3.37”x2.125” custom label type for Basic Badges

A badge label type of 3.37”x2.125” has been added as an option for Basic Badges. This will allow the printing of a 3.37”x2.125” badge template on a single 3.37”x2.125” label, which is sometimes known as a “CR80” size badge. The new label is named “Custom - 1 Badge 3.37x2.125 on 3.37x2.125 Paper”.

Registration: Updated PayPal integration to support refunds in CAD

The “Pay Flow Gateway” merchant integration has been updated so that refunds for transactions charged in CAD are now sent to PayPal as refund requests in CAD and not USD. Previously, these refunds were not completed because PayPal would return an error due to the mismatch between the charge currency type and the refund currency type.

Registration: Optimization to the Detail by Fee Report

Improvements have been made to the Detail by Fee report to resolve time-out issues with larger reports.  This report will now be downloaded within 2 seconds.  

Scorecard: Added the ability to Focus by Reviewer for Deleted Reviews

The ability to focus by reviewer on deleted reviews has been added to the Review module. When selecting the deleted focus on the Review Index page filter to a specific reviewer, it will now display deleted reviews for the selected reviewer. This allows for a faster load time and the ability to recover deleted reviews more easily.

Education Harvester: Copyright/Permissions Task respecting Role Filter

The copyright/permissions task allows you to display presentation and user information with select hotkeys. Previously, tasks were still showing all presenter’s presentation data when hotkeys were used and not respecting the role filter that was set at the task level. The logic of this page has now been updated to respect the role filter set in the task and users will only see presentation information for the presentations that they have said role on.

Expo Harvester: Added more validation on purchasing exclusive sponsor items

A bug was found in the sponsorship marketplace which led to a sponsor item being incorrectly oversold; two companies were both able to purchase an exclusive item. In researching this bug, we found that a single company had two active sessions open, which is not the intended functionality of the system. When the company opens the second session, they will overwrite the first one and lose the holds on their items. 

New cart validation functionality has been added to all the payment collection pages in the sponsorship marketplace; this includes checking that sponsor items are still selected for the cart, all holds on the sponsor items are still active and none are expired, and that the selected quantity is still available for the user to purchase. These updates will ensure that exclusive sponsor items are correctly sold.
