This month's release includes product updates, enhancements, and essential bug fixes.

Updates

Attendance Tracking Update

An issue causing inaccurate attendance tracking when multiple components tracked attendance within a single product has been resolved.  Attendance logic has been refined to ensure accuracy, and the tooltip on the product listing page was removed to improve performance.  Attendance data now appears at the top of the Attendance tab within each product for quicker, clearer access.

Widget Editor Display Update

The "Display Social Links" checkboxes have been removed from all widget editors to simplify configuration and improve usability.  Widgets can still be added and saved without issue.  These checkboxes remain available in the Advanced Theme Settings, where they continue to function as intended. Themes can still be edited and created without any impact.

Enhancements

SCORM Course Status Update Reliability Improvement

We've improved the reliability of SCORM course status updates in Elevate.  Course status now consistently transitions to "Waiting for Course Completion" and "Course Complete" as expected, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across all scenarios.

SCORM Course Completion and Display Improvements

An issue affecting SCORM course completion tracking and visual display has been resolved.  This update improves the accuracy of course status updates and enhances the user experience, ensuring smoother performance and more reliable course completion tracking across all SCORM courses.

Quiz Response Saving Improvements

We've enhanced how quiz responses are saved to provide a smoother user experience.  Answers are now automatically saved when moving between pages, even without using the "Save for Later" option.  For timed quizzes, responses entered before the timer expires are retained, ensuring participant progress is not lost.

Settings Update – "Test API" Button

We've enhanced the "Test API" button on the Badging Settings page.  In addition to verifying that the API key is valid, the button now also checks that the Issuer Email is valid.  This update ensures a more complete validation process and helps prevent configuration errors.

Fixes

Email Preview Error Resolved for Group Messages

A server error that occurred when loading the email preview for group member emails has been resolved. All other email functionality on the Groups and Portals settings page continues to work as expected.
