Release Dates

Test Sites: December 4, 2025

This month's release includes product enhancements, essential bug fixes, updates, and more.   Included in this release:

  • Add profile update notification with configuration toggle (CORE-5414)
  • Update internal support overview page design (CORE-5255)
  • Add token to display all field collection items (CORE-5398)
  • Fix child credit eligibility when auto claiming credit (CORE-4877)
  • Filter out blocked users in order creation user search (CORE-5399)

Additions

CORE-5414: Add profile update notification with configuration toggle. Staff can now configure a reminder notification that prompts users to update their profile information. This feature includes a configurable setting for how many days after the last profile update the reminder should appear. This helps ensure user profile data stays current without requiring manual outreach.

CORE-5255: Update internal support overview page design. The support overview page used by the internal support team has been refactored with an improved layout that is less busy and easier to navigate. The update includes better organization of configuration sections, improved date displays, and clearer presentation of site settings including Warpwire integration data.

CORE-5398: Add token to display all field collection items. A new token is now available that displays all items within a field collection. This provides greater flexibility when building automated communications or displays that need to reference multiple field collection entries at once.

Fixes

CORE-4877: Fix child credit eligibility when auto claiming credit. Previously, when a course was configured to automatically claim credit, child credits (sub-credits associated with a parent credit type) were not being evaluated correctly for eligibility. This fix ensures that child credit eligibility rules are properly applied during the auto-claim process, and that inactive credits are correctly filtered out.

Changes

CORE-5399: Filter out blocked users in order creation user search. When staff create orders on behalf of users, the user search now excludes blocked accounts from the results. This prevents staff from accidentally creating orders for accounts that are no longer active, improving data accuracy and reducing potential confusion.
