In this month’s release, we identified and fixed several bugs in the system. The release includes several different enhancements and new features including updates to Scorecard, Education Harvester, and the Eventscribe Mobile App.

Mobile App
Scorecard: Prefix, ‘Mx.’, optionally included in the prefix list in Author Task
Within the author task, there is the option for an admin to customize the available prefixes that display in the prefix dropdown in the author profile form. There was an issue with the prefix ‘Mx.’ always displaying in the prefix dropdown even if it wasn’t included in the customized list. This issue has been corrected. The ‘Mx.’ prefix will now display in prefix dropdown if the default list of prefixes are showing or if it is included in the customizable prefix list.
To customize the prefix list, access the Scorecard settings and search for “Optional list of delimitated prefixes that overloads the default prefix list”. (Settings → Users → Authors → Account Options → “Optional list of delimitated prefixes that overloads the default prefix list”)
Scorecard: Recommendation Summary Page Not Loading with 1000+ reviews
Previously, if a reviewer had 1000+ reviews in their recommendation assignment, it led to issues displaying all records. To ensure that this page loads properly to the user, we have adjusted the batching process to handle large amounts of records and it now displays fully.
Scorecard: Mass adding tasks adding incorrect amount
In the Scorecard, there is a functionality that allows admin users to add multiple tasks of the same type to their event. We have identified a bug that was not respecting the number of desired task types correctly. This has been fixed, and admin users can enter any number in the input field to create the desired number of tasks of the selected task type.
Scorecard: Upload hyperlink in Scorecard reports leading to 403 page
Scorecard reports that contained a URL to the uploaded file for a submission led to a 403-page telling the user that they did not have access. The URL was invalid, and it has now been updated and will display the URL correctly allowing the admin user to access the uploaded file.
Education Harvester: Implemented a permanent delete for tasks
Within the Education Harvester, deleting tasks will now permanently delete the task. The process to delete a task has been updated to include a message stating that the user will not be able to recover the task if they delete it. The user will have to confirm they want to permanently delete the task before continuing. Along with the update, the ability to see deleted tasks has been removed.
Education Harvester: Upload Tasks not copying over from previous event in Get Started mission
When users completed the ‘Settings and Tasks’ checkpoint in the ‘Get Started’ mission and selected an event to copy either settings and tasks or just tasks from, any upload tasks that were in the event were not being copied over into the task list. This has been fixed and now whenever a user wants to copy tasks from a previous event in the Get Started mission, upload tasks will now copy over to the new event.
Education Harvester: Review Module Summary on Task List page displaying incorrect status
On the reviewer’s dashboard, the review’s status was showing incorrectly when review questions were not completed in an individual review. The logic of the status bar has been updated to only show a complete review status when all required review questions have been answered.
Mobile App: Broken link when downloading sponsor splash screen zip file in Sponsorship Opportunities mission
In the Sponsorship Splash Screen checkpoint in the Sponsorship Opportunities mission, when the customer includes sponsor splash screens in their mobile app, the mission contains a downloadable zip folder detailing the required files from a sponsor. When using this link to download the zip folder, it resulted in a broken link. The file has been restored, and customers can now download the files to provide to their sponsor.
